Waste of time and a total joke. Oh i cant wait for amazon to kill everyone of these retail dinosaurs. Wait. Amazon didn't kill retail giants... retail killed retail with poor customer service and lack of choice , plain and simple.
Stood in the men's shoes department for 15-20 minutes having an older gentleman who works there walk past me about 6 times without even glancing at me. Was prepared to get a pair of shoes, and as I began to say something to him the last time he walked past, he turned his head and kept walking. Now Im gonna go get shoes elsewhere... Bad customer service.(at least the guy working the shoe department)
Bought I necklace from here for my girlfriend and I never had a problem in the store or for the necklace. The service was fast and easy.
