I had the same exact experience as Pamela did about 10 years ago with Dr Bagnill. I too was referred for cortisone injections and he also refer to as me a a drug addict but he didn't say it to my face I learned about it at SDD hearing he said "I was just looking for pain Medication". He didn't ask for my MRIs, XRAYS or anything didn't he didn't refer me to neurologist which is incompetences at its best. One Dr told me MRIS don't lie. It caused me to lose my case and had to file again. All I can say is I pray he will do better and have more empathy for patients. I only wish I could give him a 1/2 ⭐.
Friendly staff, just try to complete your paperwork before arriving. Dr. Bagnall is honest and thorough. Takes the time to get the full picture. Office is small and could use a carpet cleaning, but fine for what it is. Highly recommend for low back pain.
I had been referred to Bagnall for injections, for some reason he felt the need to tell me I was a drug addict! This was about 10 years ago. So when another Ortho. Dr referred me, I felt the need to search for one that treats people with respect! He did say he was joking, but only after I tore him up! Wouldn't allow any enemy to go to him!!!
This doctors office is absolutely horrible. Would mot recommend this office for a "penny"s cost. I had an appointment to see this physician. I left work early lost a half a days pay. Called the office@11:20 while on Sheridan to say Id be running a couple of minutes late(appt at 11:20) By definition a couple of minutes typically means 2-3 maybe five minutes not 15 not 45. The person I spoke with said she soul have to dance my appointment because I wasn't allowed to run late and on top of it the good doctor had paperwork for me to fill out which they advised me of that very morning. I spoke with the office manager and administrative manager asking why the staff lied and said that I claimed I would be 15-45 minutes late and why they canceled my appt. Her response was I should have just came in and never called.I thought I was being courteous or at least this is the general manner that I follow apparently this office lacks in same courteous manner and to put words in a patients mouth and claim the patient said it is obviously extremely unprofessional. The office gets two thumbs down.
