I went into Jared on Niagara Falls Blvd to have my ring cleaned. There were 2 employees behind the counter, each helping a customer. I waited patiently for my turn. After about 10 minutes both employees at different times came out from behind the counter and walked right pass me. NEITHER employee acknowledged my existence. Neither said a word to me or even made eye contact. Finally one of the sales associates was free and asked if I'd been helped. No, no I had not. I told him I just needed my ring cleaned. He actually hesitated, looked down at the paperwork in his hand and said something like " oh, I guess I can do that". He took my ring and I took a phone call on my cell phone. I was on my phone for less than 2 minutes. The sales associate came back and said " I almost forgot about you when you answered your phone". The store was not busy. This was about 4:30pm on a weekday. There were no other customers in the store at this time. The level of customer service I received was terrible. There are plenty of other jewelry stores in town, both corporate and private. I will never go back to this store.

Changed my watch band late at night for free. They have a pleasant open show room with friendly staff and an impressive room of scientists off to the side.
I would like to thank the staff for all their help. A very special thank you to Jean for all her hard work and incredibly friendly service. Jean was more than willing to go out of her way to achieve the upmost highest in customer satisfaction thanks again.
The customer service at the Jared Niagara Falls Blvd location was outstanding from the minute I walked in. The store manager was so helpful and made me feel as if I had been a client forever. It is so refreshing to see customer service as a priorty in a place of business. Thank you to all of the staff at Jared and to the store manager.....great job.
