This is by far the absolute worst chain location I have ever dealt with. We order regularly from dominoes in Rochester and have had only pleasant experiences. The woman who "manages" this store has no manners, is rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. And to top it off, a refund takes 7-15 days!!! Buyer beware! Find a better pizza place!!!!
Generally, Domino's has pretty good pizza. Their service is good but, I don't recommend their lava cakes. When I tried them, they were stale and gross. Besides that the pizza and bread sticks are good, especially for the price!
The location is kept clean and manageable to a standard amount (why would you expect pristine areas in a pizza restaurant is beyond me. I expect to see crumbs and areas of slight food debris just because of what they're having to work with). The seating location is kept organized and clean as well. It's nice to just sit and chat with the employees as they make your order in some instances.
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst service I've ever had from anyplace EVER. We ordered the food two hours before it arrived, and the food was not only old, but cold! When the man finally showed up with our food Pizza he tried to get us to sign the total on the tip line!!! Absolutely repulsive act, will never go through Dominos again!
Location is always poignant when it comes to order status and delivery. Additionally, the staff are friendly to me each time I do my order pickups.
Without regard to extenuating circumstances such as backloaded orders, the accuracy of orders and timing are acceptable!
This location is great!!! Anytime I order from here, the food is always great and the employees are very kind and friendly. Thank you!!!
