I was greater with a warm friendly team member and he gave us great a table. Our waitress was Perfect. Small dish Tuesday was a hit! We had a great time and was not rushed.
We went here for our anniversary. It was our first time here. The food was outstanding! The service was wonderful! And when they found out that it was our anniversary, the manager gave us a Happy Anniversary card!! What a personal touch!
We had a great experience at this location (our first time at Carrabbas). We came it about 9pm on a Monday night both my husband and I are vegans and our server was fantastic. She helped us fined 2 vegan friendly dishes (not an easy task) and was very friendly towards us. Was got a pasta and a pizza. The margarita pizza without cheese and it was too salty for me but the husband ate it. The Monday special which had a pasta we ordered it without chicken and it was my favorite! I highly recommend this location. Friendly, clean, helpful, qick.
First experience ever with this restaurant. I've always heard of it and drove by but never have I tried it. Honestly I probably won't go back. Wait time for a Friday was reasonable. Staff seemed to have a "blah" feel about them. They all seem to need like a shot of espresso to get them going. Even the manager, or the person I assumed was the manager. My table ordered an appetizer which came out promptly. Was actually really good. Zucchini fries. Main entrees were a Caesar salad, ravioli meal, and a kids cheese pizza. Took nearly 40 minutes to receive our food. The portions left everyone at our table wanting. Even the little one. I understand that places need to make a profit. But you can't expect people to pay for the atmosphere and not offer them anything. And then not give them a good portion.
I'd never been to a Carrabba's until I moved to Buffalo 4 yrs ago. I didn't know what I was missing! Every time I come here the food's perfection and the staff are just lovely. With so many choices as to where to spend your coins, this location seems to really appreciate that I choose to spend mine here.
