Good inventory . Very good custy services, esp. When I needed help deciding which pairs to buy!; only bad part was them being OUT of the free BAG (39.99 value) that you were supposed to get with a coupon. Gentleman offered 10% off entire purchase though. So that was cool. Thanks
I've never had a bad experience at DSW, and last night was even more pleasant. I had been there looking for shoes that I could use my coupon on, and wound up being there over the closing time, and I have to say they were very pleasant, reminded me twice that they had to close and also didn't want me to lose out on buying the items before the registers shut down automatically, all the while being very calm and pleasant though I was encroaching on their time to close and go home... they close at 9pm.
