gross Waited 20+ mins for to go order after designated pickup time and food wasn't properly cooked or packaged,,, Manager sd he wasn't aware because ticket didn't come up as late in his computer.. pathetic
Nice place. Food was ok.
Ordered a stromboli, got a sausage roll. Couldn't even eat half because a majority of it was still raw dough!
Used to go there occasionally with a friend for their specials. The food is regularly overcooked and/or tough. The waitstaff seem to have no direction and no process for waiting on tables - I even had one slam a pile of dishes down in front of an elderly customer because she was asking "too many" questions and then stomp off. It has amazing potential to be a great restaurant, but anyone with food-service experience can see that management is missing from the picture or completely insufficient. Unless major changes are made, I will most likely not go back.
We used to enjoy lunch and dinner in the cafe but the last time we went the food was really bad. It's a shame because it is a nice setting. Something changed and not for the better.
