They always have free delicious tea samples to try outside and the staff is always happen to recommend teas to you.
While i understand it's they need to try and make a sale, please don't make me feel trapped in your own store and not taking a "no thanks" as an answer.

I absolutely love the different tea options and all the little trinkets and gadgets to make your tea steep quicker and taste amazing. I also enjoy how their staff are so helpful and give you great advice about how long to steep the teas and how the specific tea can be beneficial to your health or appeal to your senses.
