Never again. I make an 11am appt and bring my 4 year old and sit here for an hour and a half. Last time I came, they only took 10 mins and never called me to let me know I could come back when I walked to the mall. Screwed up my whole schedule today for me and my daughter because they couldn't be honest about how long this would take. I will never come back.
Took my car to get checked out when it started making a strange humming noise. They told me the wheel bearing was going bad, but wouldn't guarantee that this would definitely fix the noise. They also told me that I would need an alignment after the the wheel bearing, another $75, which is simply not true after asking several other mechanics. They also tried charging me $99 to read my check engine light, which is free when you go to autozone. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of under their assumption that I wouldn't know the difference. Glad I consulted other mechanics before being robbed blind.
Love this firestone. They always tell me what needs to be done and they do it for a fair price. Coffee is horrible.
They went above and beyond to take care of me, which is what I would expect from a national chain. Most people only write a review if it's bad, but I'm happy to stand behind this location and this chain. They have earned my business, and I will be back.
Complete rip off business! PLEASE do not take your car here! They are only there to make money off of unnecessary repairs.
Long story short - I had some work done at the Sheridan/NFB location and I was less than happy with the results. Initially I complained to corporate, but that's where things started to go right. Firestone Corporate took my complaint very seriously, and I was contacted by the Area Manager the very next morning. The manager of this location, Mark, handled my case personally. They gave me a priority appointment, diagnosed the additional issues, got my car in right away, and fixed everything perfectly. I had the car back the next morning. They gave me full credit for the previous work I had done, and even a courtesy discount because to be honest, I wasn't expecting to get hit with all these repairs. The labor cost was reasonable, and the parts were fair. I called my regular mechanic to confirm and he said he couldn't match the price given my credit and other discounts.
