Then their prices ARE CRAZY INSANE! STAY AWAY! TRUST ME! Find better places that won’t over charge and try find anything to fail on Inspections. Had a different shop inspect vehicle after this place which told me rear brakes were shot. They have easily another 6 months on them. Be alarmed people too many crooks out there.

Place is crazy insane. First off one drive way only! It’s off the busy BLVD. The Manager is nice, but this place checks every inch of vehicles for inspections to fail you on anything, just so they can get the work off you!

Had to get a whole new differential, Everett made sure the used differential I was getting put in was in good shape and asked me to come back in a few weeks just to make sure everything was running well. Service was fast and Everett did a great job with the installation. Will definitely be coming back here if I have any more issues.

Let me start by saying I am not from the buffalo area, so finding a professional and honest repair shop can be quite difficult when unfamiliar with the area. I took my old 1997 chevy Malibu down to premier because they have had excellent reviews and I thought this would be a good place to start. These guys did not disappoint. Car troubles are never fun, nor cheap, however Everett and the guys at premier helped in every way they could to get me back on the road. My old beater had just failed inspection, so I needed to get a few things tuned up before I could slap a new sticker on there. I originally got my car inspected at delta sonic, and once I failed knew I had to take it to somewhere that would do quality work. I took the car over at about 1pm and had a call within the hour for an estimate of the damage. Granted, it wasn't what I was hoping to hear, it was the only way I could get back on the road. At first I was given an estimate of $700+ for tie rods, new tires, and alignment. This was an expense I could not handle as I am a college student who is driving a 20 year old car for a reason. I tried explaining this as money is tight. Everett was honest with me in saying that he could get it down to about $500 to get the minimum done in order to slap a new inspection sticker on there, and to come back once winter is here to order two more rear tires for my car (hence the price dropped 200$). He could sense I was stressed about money, and did what he had to do to get me up and running again. $500 is not inexpensive by any means but he put it in to perspective when telling me that it wasn't even the cost of two car payments if you were to ditch the car altogether (an option I also ran by him as I have mentioned, she's an old car). He again honestly said that if you can get her through the winter, you've already saved money in the long run. I mentioned earlier that my inspection was done at delta sonic, and rather than paying Everett another fee to inspect the car once work was completed, I would take it back to delta as they agreed to inspect at no additional cost if work was completed by X amount of days. I retrieved my car from Everett and premier by about 6pm, and was stressed to run back to delta and get the inspection done before they close, but to my surprise Everett had already finished the job- and a new shiny 2018 sticker was waiting for me as I pulled up to get my car. How generous of him as he replied "it's hard for me do much price cutting with tires and parts, however I like to help out when I can. Long story short, I would recommend premier and Everette's work to anyone in the buffalo area as it is honest & quality work done. You can tell he is an all around great guy who loves to help people. Thanks again Everette and to the rest of your team. I'll be taking my car back there again (hopefully not soon!) without a doubt :)

Thanks for the service.

These guys are about as good as it gets in auto repair/maintenance of any shop I've dealt with in 25 years. For many, having your vehicle repaired can be an intimidating event. Especially if you don't know too much about repairs and can easily be taken advantage of. Fortunately I know enough about my vehicles to ask the right questions. With these guys however that has never been an issue. I have a 2008 4Runner with 221,000 miles and still going strong. Never have they suggested any repairs or maintenance that was not completely necessary and they've even given me a heads up on repairs or maintenance I'm going to want to look for or schedule in the future. In some cases they've even gone so far as to throw in a few small parts at no charge while they had my truck up on the lift anyway. Excellent service, top-notch repairs and very fair price. Great job guys!

I have had some unlucky circumstances regarding my car in the past few months. We had to replace just about the entire front suspension. I was often scared of getting my car fixed because of the horrible encounters I had at mostly dealerships and never knew who to trust. Everett was super nice explained what needed to be done, showed the broken parts as I am interested in that. The service was also done in a timely manner and as I left each time we joked about the next time being just an oil change. Finally got my just an oil change and wouldn't pick a different place to fix my car.
