Found the perfect coat. Good price. Only negative is the coats aren't in order, you gotta dig.
I love this Burlington. Great prices for all type of items. Besides clothes. I also love that they have layaway. U never know when u will need it!

This store is no longer fun to shop in. I understand it's back to school time but I worked retail during busy seasons and this store is poorly managed. Also the fellow shoppers children running around and into you with the parents screaming pointless threats across the racks also kills the desire to roam the racks for deals. I had budgeted $200 for this trip, usually I have no issues finding a ton of things to buy but after 5 minutes I gave up and spent just $12 :(. Then the mess, nothing is organized like in the past. The entire wall that used to be loaded with purses was empty, there were a few on a lower rack, shelf area but not the selection they used to have. Staff is forced to play security. While standing in line for 10 minutes, I noticed they run between the counter and the floor checking what people are buying and report back to each other, instead of cleaning up the floor and putting out merchandise. I'm going to try the location in Niagara Falls location next time.
Nataliya the general manager of the Amherst store in Niagara falls blvd is rude she laugh while she was accusing my mom of wearing a dress, the dress was too long on her so she couldn't wear it. She said these exact words "I understand if she bought the dress, used it and return it because she no longer need it..." while laughing. when did we ever mention that? Exchanging a 100 dollar dress wasn't an option. She is so rude she need to gain experience on how to be a manager and something gotta be done about it. Or at least try to hide her racism out of her work place
