i used to have such fantastic customer service at maurices, even to the point where i held a shopping party there, and now i am disappointed---as a manager, she should have been friendlier, especially to someone who frequently drops quite a bit of money in her store. i used to recommend this location to everyone and their mother, but i think i will be holding my tongue for now on.

i have been a loyal customer of maurices for over 5 years and spend a lot of money there. today, the manager took on a pretty snotty tone with me while explaining their coupon policy, which she claims has been in place "forever" but this is the first time an employee tried to tell me i couldn't use my punch card the day it's filled up. i've also worked in retail and i'm not sure the rationale behind this---don't you want people to spend money?? she relented and said she would do it but elaborated that "we will NEVER do this again."
