I went to Bassett after searching for months to find a small sectional to fit the small space in an upstairs tv room. My experience was great. Kathy, my design consultant was so helpful and with her expertise I was able to find a great sectional that fits perfectly. I appreciate the time and effort she gave me and will definitely return if and when the opportunity arises. Thank you!
I had such a wonderful experience buying from Bassett and working with Heidi. With a blank slate after a full house remodel, Heidi was able to get my vision - that wasn't even clear to me - into beautiful basic pieces in several rooms that my family and I will enjoy for years to come. Heidi coming to my house to get a feel for the space and my style was instrumental in the process. She has a great sense of style and design. Delivery and set up was exceptional and it all came a little earlier than expected!
We had the best experience at Bassett in Burnsville. We worked with Heidi and she was more than helpful with a home visit and many fabulous suggestions. We found the customer service to be top notch. We will definetly be back!
Absolutely horrible experience in this store. We were simply visiting to see what their selection was like, and we were ambushed by sales associates coming out of every corner. We got the lecture about how 'we are better quality' and how 'everything is customizable', even after I tried to explain we were just looking and not wanting to buy. We escaped that conversation and tried to make swift exit from the store when we heard "Hey, HEY!" and saw an older female walking towards us as if we were two criminals fleeing a crime scene. She was intercepted by the older gentlemen that helped us who was whipsering "I got them, I got them!"
Poor experience all around. Poor selection. Poor prices. Poor customer service.
I feel they are way overpriced and the staff really didn't accommodate me
