One thing though, may I suggest you change your return policy when someone is giving your chair as a gift? I bought a recliner as a gift for Christmas on Saturday, this will not be delivered until Thursday (I dont have an option to pick it up myself as your warehouse is in New Jersey) so if this person doesn't like the color I can't exchange the chair due to your 3 day policy. Maybe you should look into a gift giving policy.
John took the time to talk with me not only about what I was looking for but what my style was in order to find something that would be right for me. Then he explained the design program and how that could help me to see my entire room put together. He introduced me to Julie and she was fantastic. She put together spectacular designs and really helped me pick fabrics and rugs that will tye my room together.
