My friend had the most horrific experience here! She just went for a quick haircut - more like a trim - just a quick "clean up" to keep her style in tact. What she ended up with was a butcher cut! The stylist, Ali, admitted she made a mistake and as she apologized but did not know how to fix it. She said she would not charge my friend, but the cut was so bad! My friend was in tears when she saw what Ali did! She went home and called the salon the next day. She spoke to the owner and was told that they would sent her up with a "master stylist". She said OK and decided to go back. This "master stylist", named Junior, told her that Ali really made a mess of things - that she actually cut holes or patches in my friends hair and that the only solution would be to cut it REALLY short or to add extensions. She tried the extensions, but had a reaction to the glue that was used. It caused "welts" on her scalp!. When she called the next day to tell them about it and asked to have them removed, Junior told her that he could not help her because he was booked - it was a "Saturday, after all!" he said. He told her that he did all he could for her and that she should call another salon to have the extensions removed. My friend’s husband called the owner and the owner said that Junior never said that and that he would be able to take her at 12:30. That was not true; if he had said that my friend would have been there! In any case, she told the owner that she would be there at 12:30. When she arrived, Junior was very short and curt with her. He reluctantly removed the extensions, which was not an easy process. When all was done, my friend asked if he could do anything to even up the hack job of a haircut that Ali had given her. His response to her was: "You are done here." Are you kidding me?! They ruin my friend’s hair to the point where she did not even want to go to work the next day and will not fix it. They should have not only offered a fix it to her satisfaction, but should have offered her free haircuts for a year! DO NOT GO HERE FOR A HAIR CUT!
