Terrific service from the East Syracuse team - Pat Quinn and Eric - who made sure on a Sunday morning that I got my care back on the road so I could return home to NYC the same day. They went above and beyond the call of duty, were polite and patient, and reassuring when it came to my not-so-easy-to-resolve problem.
