I would NEVER use them again nor recommend them to others. Consider yourselves WARNED
If I could give a negative star I would.
They can't seem to follow directions. One example; I told them I wanted to pick up my tickets because I did not want to risk having them lost in the mail - They mailed them.
I sent a detailed inquiry via the website about planning a honeymoon trip. I received a confirmation email from the site, and have heard nothing since then. After two weeks, I have to say I wouldn't book with them even if they did call me back now. If there's a problem with their email system please post that and I can correct my review, but at the moment I'm underwhelmed and have no interest in chasing via telephone.

Last year this agency planned a satisfactory trip to Hawaii for us. This year, after two phone calls, noone will call me back with the info I requested.
They must of sold our Phone number because we keep getting calls now for different travel destinations.
We were way overcharged on our packages for an all inclusive- When they asked us at the resort how much we paid their mouths dropped.
